Founded in 1987, MNR Mining Inc is now positioned to capitalize on the growth it has experienced over the past 35 years.

Our management team is comprised of people who have in-depth and intensive knowledge and experience in the mining and exploration industry and who have proven themselves in making decisions that enhance the operations of our company.

Mr. Mulholland brings over 25 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry as both a lawyer and an exploration geologist. As a geologist, he had previously worked with both junior and major resource companies. As a lawyer, he has practiced exclusively in the areas of mining and securities law in private practice and as in-house counsel for a large, Canadian-based multi-national mining company. Mr. Mulholland has been MNR Mining's Chief Executive Officer since 1997.

David Halliday, B.Sc.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Halliday has over thirty years of experience in the mining and minerals industry. From 2008 to 2010, he was President and COO of Canplats Resources Corporation, during which time the 4 million-ounce Camino Rojo deposit in Mexico was outlined and the company was later acquired by Goldcorp Inc. for $300 million. Mr. Halliday graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Halliday has been MNR Mining's Chief Financial Officer since 2011.

Director

Mr. Boaro obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth and Ocean Science (Specialization Geology) from the University of British Columbia in 2002. He previously managed and participated in numerous exploration projects throughout Canada, focusing mainly on precious metal vein, IOCG and some diamond deposits. Mr. Boaro has been a Director of MNR Mining since 1987.

Victor Lomas, B.Sc.

Victor Lomas, B.Sc.

Head of Operations

Head of Operations, Victor Lomas has nearly 40 years of experience in operating mining projects all over the world. From 1988 to 2011, he was an Operations Director for one of the world's largest mining conglomerates and oversaw all of the company's new projects, from the initial exploration, through to their full-scale production. Mr. Lomas has been MNR Mining Inc's Head of Operations since 2012. Mr. Lomas holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics from The University of Minnesota.

Pierre Landry, M.Sc., P. Geo.

Pierre Landry, M.Sc., P. Geo.

Head of Projects

Mr. Landry is a professional Geoscientist. He obtained a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from the University of British Columbia in 1974, and a Master of Science (Geology) degree from the University of British Columbia in 1979. Previously he was a geologist with Archer, Cathro & Associates (1991) Limited and was a principal with that firm from 1991 to 2004. He has been actively involved in mineral exploration since 1982, and he has authored or co-authored a number of technical papers on mineral deposits. Mr. Landry has been MNR Mining's Head of Projects since 2004.

Sarah Robertson, B.Sc., P.Geo.

Director

Ms. Robertson is a professional geologist with over thirty-eight years of experience in global mineral exploration, business and financing. Ms. Robertson's notable career achievements include guiding a Canadian mining company through its sale to De Beers Mining for C$212 million. Ms. Robertson has been a Director of MNR Mining since 1987.

Brad Fenton

Brad Fenton

Head of Investor Relations

Mr. Fenton has over 25 years experience in the mining industry. Mr. Fenton has held several leadership roles in business development, analytics and alliance management with several of the world's largest mining companies. He was Director for Strategic Portfolio Management at a publicly-traded, Canadian-based mining company, where he managed the company's global portfolio. Mr. Fenton received a B.A. double major in Political Science/Policy and Management Studies from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Mr. Fenton has been Head of Investor Relations at MNR Mining since 2017.
